Tips for young adults, middle-aged people and older people

This term, in our English class at the Official School of Languages in Plasencia, we started to work on a topic about healthy living in our city. We had to think about people, about how they can stay healthy at different ages: young adults, middle-aged people, and older people.
The teacher decided to make groups depending on the students’ ages, so each group worked on recommendations for people the same age as them. We found out that if you want to have a really healthy lifestyle you should consider different aspects like: eating healthily, doing sports, resting enough hours, avoiding alcohol and drugs or looking after your mental health.
It was also important to think of our city and write recommendations for people who live here, not for people in general. So, we focused on places to buy food, places to do sports, places to socialize or places to relax and meet your friends.
In the end, we all enjoyed sharing our ideas with the class. It was interesting to listen to the other groups and hear what they said about young adults, middle-aged people and older people. After that, we created three different infographics with interesting ideas for everybody. The conclusion can be that some recommendations depend on … you will have to read the infographics to find the answer.
