Una comida o cena con platos como cerdo ib\u00e9rico asado con salsa picante de brandy, perdiz guisada rellena de setas, vieiras rellenas de erizos de mar o cazuela de fideos con carne de langosta, cualquiera de los cuales se convertir\u00e1 sin duda en un evento festivo que se recordar\u00e1 durante largo tiempo. Su amplio repertorio de recetas permite a Paradores. Su vers\u00e1til men\u00fa ofrece platos para diab\u00e9ticos, personas con alergia al gluten, veganos y ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cocina espa\u00f1ola de los Paradores y sus platos de autor han cautivado a visitantes de todo el mundo. Podr\u00e1n dominar el arte culinario y los verdaderos secretos de la gastronom\u00eda, la selecci\u00f3n de productos y los vinos en los talleres de cocina, que organizan los Paradores de vez en cuando. El objetivo principal de las clases es ense\u00f1ar a la gente a preparar una variedad de platos espa\u00f1oles, utilizando \u00fanicamente productos de calidad, rindiendo homenaje al m\u00e9todo tradicional de preparaci\u00f3n, sin desviarse de las tendencias vanguardistas y experimentales, pero en general preservando las tradiciones hist\u00f3ricas y populares de la cocina nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, el alumnado de C1.1 reflexiona sobre sus propios descubrimientos acerca de la gastronom\u00eda extreme\u00f1a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
